2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Service Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.

1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with RSG, Inc. for a three-year period for an amount not -to -exceed $300,000; and
2. Approve an appropriation of $300,000 from the fiscal year (FY) 2020-21 General Fund operating surplus to Account No. 100-30.3010-54500 (Administration -Contracted Services) in FY 2022-23.
