A Special Meeting of the City Council was held at the Pico Rivera Senior Center, 9200 Mines Avenue, Pico Rivera, California.
Mayor Lutz called the special meeting to order at 8:24 a.m. on behalf of the City Council.
PRESENT: Camacho, Garcia, Lara, Sanchez, Lutz
ABSENT: None
*Councilmember Garcia arrived at 8:34 a.m.

City Council:
None
1. Strategic Planning Session
Patrick Ibarra of The Mejorando Group presented and led the City Council for discussion with the following topics: Identify and discuss benefits from Good Government; Decision -Making; Enhancing Credibility as a Governing Body; Effective Governing Body; Refresher on the Council -Manager form of government; Review and Update; Complete STEEP (Social, Technology, Economic, Environment and Political) Analysis, the City of Pico Rivera's mission, values and accomplishments and City staff provided brief department presentations. City Council discussed potential strategic objectives; and discussed next steps.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Lutz adjourned the City Council meeting at 1:49 p.m. There being no objection it was so ordered.
