2. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 24-2278 with Romtec, Inc. for Purchase of a Pre -Engineered Multipurpose Aquatics Building for the Smith Park Aquatic Center Project (CIP No. 50043). (500)
1. Approved Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 24- 2278 with Romtec, Inc., by increasing the existing contract in the amount of $54,555, with a new total not -to -exceed $593,777 for the procurement and installation of a pre-engineered Multipurpose Aquatics Building for the Smith Park Aquatic Center Project (CIP No. 50043);
2. Authorized the City Manager, or his designee, to process change orders, as needed, in an amount not -to -exceed a $30,000 contingency (approximately 5% of the total contract amount) for unforeseen field conditions during installation; and
3. Authorized the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form approved by the City Attorney.

3. Professional Services Agreement with Atlas Planning Solutions to Update the City of Pico Rivera's Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, Emergency Operation Plan, and Corresponding Sections of the Safety Element in the General Plan. (500)
1. Approved a Professional Services Agreement with Atlas Planning Solutions for an amount not -to -exceed $155,530 to update the City of Pico Rivera's Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, Emergency Operation Plan, and corresponding sections of the Safety Element in the General Plan; and
2. Authorized the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.

4. Grant Agreement Awarded by the Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program. (500)
1. Approved a Grant Agreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation as part of the 2023 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program in the amount of $300,000 in federal funds; and
2. Authorized the Director of Public Works to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
