A Special Meeting of the City Council and Successor Agency to the Pico Rivera Dissolved Redevelopment Agency was held in the Banquet Hall, Pico Rivera Golf Course, 3260 Fairway Drive, Pico Rivera, California
Mayor/Chairman Garcia called the special meeting to order at 4.00 p.m. on behalf of the City Council and Successor Agency to the Pico Rivera Dissolved Redevelopment Agency

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS
City Council:
1. Repayment, Assignment and Assumption of Loans to the Succesr_Agency Fund to Facilitate the Successor Agency Dissolution. -(700) 1 Authorized the City Manager to execute an assignment and assumption agreement between the Successor Agency to the former Pico Rivera Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and the City of Pico Rivera ;(CO)-foithe subject loans in a form approved by the City Attorney; and v ` 2 Approved a transfer of receivables of $299,313 from the Successor Agency' Fund to the General Fund to facilitate repayment of the outstanding loans due to the Successor Agency in furtherance of the Successor Agency's, - dissolution -- - _.

(700) 1 Authorized the Executive Director to execute an assignment and assumption agreement between the Successor Agency to the former Pico Rivera Redevelopment Agency and the City of Pico Rivera for the subject loans in a form approved by the City Attorney
Motion by Councilmember/Director Lara, seconded by Mayor Pro TemNice Chairman Camacho to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos 1 and 2. Motion carries by the following roll call vote
