Consideration of initiation of litigation in one (1) potential case regarding Municipal Code enforcement, nuisance abatement, State and County regulatory violations and initiation of lawsuit, including but not limited to seeking judicial orders and a temporary restraining order (TRO) relating to the operational activities at the property and business located within the City of Pico Rivera, and to include all parties, owners and operators, and other related individuals involved in such activities.
