Dear City Council,
In preparation for tonight’s City Council Meeting, it is my hope that you will reveal the scope and details of the proposed Moraga Avenue safety improvements to include sidewalks, protected bike lane, traffic flow and mitigation of pedestrian crossings. Thus far, it is impossible to imagine how this can be accomplished without detailed specifications.
In addition, vis a vis the housing element, please report on the consideration and study of potential housing sites located throughout Piedmont other than the Moraga Canyon site.
