Dear Piedmont,
Please listen to the people who live in Piedmont in the Moraga Canyon area.
We do NOT want increased density in Moraga Canyon. And the idea of adding additional units in this area (from 132 to 199) is incredibly disrespectful to those of us who live in this area. There have been multiple requests from our neighbors to the city to not locate so much of the new housing in this narrow Moraga Canyon area. New housing should be spread throughout the city -- not just located in this corner of Piedmont.
The density is dangerous and unwanted. And you are disregarding earlier city planners who provided parks for the city by considering the development of Blair Park. Please do not ignore us.
