A Special Meeting of the Piedmont City Council was held on March 10, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., in the City Council Conference Room, 120 Vista Avenue. In accordance with Government Code Section 54957(b), the agenda for this meeting was posted for public inspection on March 6, 2025.

Mayor Smegal Andersen called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Betsy Smegal Andersen, Vice Mayor Conna McCarthy and Councilmembers Jennifer Long, Lorrel Plimier, and Tom Ramsey
Absent: None
Staff: City Administrator Rosanna Bayon Moore, Fire Chief Dave Brannigan.
Police Chief Jeremy Bowers, Public Works Director Daniel Gonzales, Planning & Building Director Kevin Jackson, Recreation Director Chelle Putzer, City Clerk Anna Brown
The Council considered the following items of business:
The Council interviewed applicants for vacancies on Boards, Commissions and Committees.
There was no Public Testimony on this matter.
At the conclusion of the interviews and following deliberations, the Council reached unanimous consensus and directed the appointment of the following individuals to posted vacancies on City commissions and committees:

RESOLVED, that the City Council appoints the following residents for threeyear terms beginning April 1, 2025, and expiring March 31, 2028, except as noted:
