Dear Mayor Smegal Anderson,
I hope this message finds you and your loved ones in good health.
I would like to respectfully request that this evening's agenda item #7, titled "Consideration of Public Parking Space Modifications within the Civic Center," be tabled for a future Study Session.
I believe it would be beneficial to give advance notice to the community, particularly to the neighbors of the area which includes Havens Elementa1y School in the 300 Block of Bonita ..
Many of these residents are out of town for the long 4-day weekend, and it is important that they are fully info1med and able to paiiicipate in any discussions regarding this matter.
