On April 7, 2025, the Council authorized award of the 2024-2025 Annual Sidewalk Repair Program to Villalobos & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $299,012.  The scope of work included the repair of 118 sidewalk locations, totaling approximately 1,800 linear feet of sidewalk replacement. All work associated with this project was recently determined to be complete.

DISCUSSION
