Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
I am writing in support of adopting the resolution to declare the Moraga Canyon sites exempt from the Surplus Lands Act , and also proceeding with issuing an RFP for developers. I agree with the staff report that this process will work best to achieve the City goals for the site.
Thank you to City staff for continuing to move these projects through the process in a thoughtful way.
