Item 3.A: Direction on Filling Planning Commission Vacancy (Inderlied) Recommendation:
Direct staff to do one of the following with respect to an existing Planning Commission vacancy:
1. Appoint a current applicant to fill the vacancy for a specified term.
2. Appoint another qualified individual to fill the vacancy for a specified term.
3. Direct staff to undertake a special recruitment to fill the vacancy in advance of the annual recruitment.
4. Take no action and fill the vacancy concurrent with annual recruitment activities in February 2022.
