A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PISMO BEACH, �Mm CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE A FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE APPLICATION WITH THE CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING
FUND FOR THE CENTRAL COAST BLUE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach (the "Entity") desires to finance the costs of the Central Coast Blue Project, specifically the CWSRF Project No. C-06- 8255-110 Central Coast Blue Project (the "Project"); and WHEREAS, the Entity intends to finance the construction of the Project or portions of the Project with moneys ("Project Funds") provided by the State of California, acting by and through the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach that the City Manager (the "Authorized Representative"), or designee is hereby authorized and directed to sign and file, for and on behalf of the Entity, a Financial Assistance Application for a financing agreement from the State Water Resources Control Board for the planning, design, and construction of the Central Coast Blue Project (the "Project").
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Authorized Representative, or designee, is designated to provide the assurances, certifications, and commitments required for the tAW financial assistance application, including executing a financial assistance agreement from the State Water Resources Control Board and any amendments or changes thereto.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Authorized Representative, or designee, is designated to represent the Entity in carrying out the Entity's responsibilities under the financing agreement, including certifying disbursement requests on behalf of the Entity and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
UPON MOTION OF Council Member Blake, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Reiss, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach this 1s' day of March 2022, by the following vote:
