Adopt a Resolution approving a public art proposal for a St. Jude’s Tunnel mural; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Artist Agreement with AC Vintage Design in the amount of $16,650.00 for creation and installation of a mural at St. Jude’s Tunnel; and appropriating related budget adjustments in Fiscal Year 2022.
