Background
•On April 20,2021 City Council adopted the 2021 Pavement Management Plan (PMP)which included a projected 5-year Pavement Plan
•The 2022 Paving Project is comprised of:
•Year 1 of the 5-year Pavement Plan
•Other street segments added during the budget development process to •Prevent further deterioration
•Address community outreach received
•Fulfill City Council’s goal of providing exceptional quality of life for our residents •On April 19,2022 City Council awarded a contract to CalPortland Construction for construction of the 2022 Paving Project
•The largest pavement maintenance project in the City’s modern history with an overall project cost of approximately $14 million
