Honorable City Council,
I am in favor of replacing steps at Pier Ave. as quickly as possible. They give beach access to a variety of water sports.
I would also like a comprehensive study to be done to stabilize the cliffs in the manner that they are stabilizedas was pdone in other parts of Ocean Ave. before it is too later and vital utilities and sewer systems are compromised.
