RESOLUTION NO. R-2022-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PISMO BEACH, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING THE 2023 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING
SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Pismo Beach Municipal Code 2.04.080 provides that the City Council shall hold meetings as established by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution R-2009-014 establishes that the City Council shall hold its regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of every calendar month, and the Council may adopt further policy resolutions amending its regular meeting schedule; and WHEREAS, staff recommends that certain regular meetings of the City Council be cancelled due to proximity to holidays and other factors; and WHEREAS, the Council may still act to cancel additional regular meetings, or schedule additional special meetings, at a future juncture if it deems it necessary or desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach hereby cancels its regular meetings of January 3, 2023, July 4, 2023, and November 21, 2023.
UPON MOTION OF Council Member Newton, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach this 6'h day of December 2022, by the following vote:
