The easement being addressed by you today was a prescribed easement over 20 years ago when myself and neighbors purchased their homes . The city allowed an owner on ocean blvd. To close the easement deny access to
Terrace street & Shell Beach school. I believed it was wrong to close the easement and still feel the easement should be opened for access to Terrace street. Don’t let property values distort your decision today do The right thing open the easement!
