DREAMS
What is TalentDreams?
TalentDreams is an online mentoring platform. We connect young people, between the ages 15-22, with mentors. Through our mission, we strive to empower the youth of our community to tap into their potential and develop the confidence and skills to discover the path that is right for them. Mentorship can make a huge difference in the lives and development of young people as demonstrated by programs like Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Unfortunately, These programs taper off in junior high and are not online.
TalentDreams is committed to serving young people of the Central Coast. In particular, those tackling the challenges, trials, and tribulations adolescence and early adulthood can often bring.
Why online?
Where do young people spend much of their time? On their phones, tablets, and computers.
TalentDreams is designed to connect with young people where they already are.

What are we solving for?
• 52% of students at Arroyo Grande High School are economically disadvantaged. • Over 70% of young people ages 18-23 and 44% of high school students have experienced depression** This generation has the highest level of anxiety.*** • Opioid deaths increased 500% for 15-19 since 1999.**** Now more than ever, TalentDreams is needed to help our young people feel supported in discovering their strengths and finding ways they can connect and contribute.
We have support from amazing local partners like SLO Community Foundation, City of Arroyo Grande, and Miner's Hardware in addition to many individual donors from the community! www.TalentDreams.org
