RESOLUTION NO. R-2023-035
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PISMO BEACH,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING AND APPROPRIATING CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUTSIDE AGENCIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024
WHEREAS, on May 11, 2023, the City Council held a special meeting to review Outside Agency requests; and
WHEREAS, at this meeting, the City Council heard from various non-profit agencies requesting City funds; and
WHEREAS, on May 11, 2023, the City Council discussed contributions to non-profit agencies who requested funds and approved funding for the agencies as listed in Exhibit A, which by this reference are made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City's various funds have available fund balance to cover the one-time costs proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach hereby appropriates expenditures in the amount of $105,200 for Fiscal Year 2024 as summarized in the table below, and detailed in attached Exhibit A, which by this reference are made a part hereof.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach hereby authorizes any necessary transfer appropriations between funds necessary to implement these approved Council approved adjustments for FY 2024.
UPON MOTION OF Mayor Pro Tern Reiss, seconded by Council Member Newton, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach this 11'" day of May 2023, by the following vote:
