Item 3.13: Direction Regarding Proposed Budgets for Fiscal Year 2024 and Fiscal Year 2025: July 1, 2023 Through June 30, 2025 (Feeser)
Recommendation: Provide direction regarding the proposed budget, including proposed work plan budget requests for the budgets for Fiscal Years FY 2024 and FY 2025, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 for the City of Pismo Beach.

Action: Consensus in support of the proposed budget as outlined in staffs report, including proposed work plan budget requests for the budgets for Fiscal Years FY 2024 and FY 2025, with the following additional direction:
1. Increase the Parking Enterprise Fund's share of the General Fund's cost allocation of overhead costs to the full amount recommended by the 2023 Cost Allocation Plan instead of increasing the Parking Enterprise Fund's share by 10% in FY 2024 and FY 2025.
