I would suggest that the City consider the parcel of land located on Shell Beach Road at Beachcomber. This property is City owned and is zoned Open Space/ Recreational. The property backs up to Cal trans/ Highway 101. The property fronts onto Shell Beach road and any required utilities are readily accessible. The property is level and would be easily fenced in. The property also has a small parking lot already.
