Subject: Public meetings
Mr. Downing,
At last Tuesday's City Council meeting during the presentation of the Short-Term Rental ordinance you stated that the task force meetings “were not noticed but were open to the public”
I have some questions about your statement.
1. If the meetings were not noticed, how was the public to know that there was a meeting than was open to the public?
2. What other City meetings are held without notice, but open to the public?
3. Where can the public go to find a listing/schedule for these unnoticed meetings?
