In looking at the proposed Safety Facility it appears that the plans call for 2 separate buildings. I would suggest that the work be divided so that Police Building be completed first and then the Police move directly into the completed building and the once this is completed the work effort continue onto the Fire Building. By doing this the need for relocating the Police and dispatch center to a temporary facility would not be required. I believe that this would provide for a significant cost savings.
