Subject:JUNE 20 PUBLIC HEARING RE Weed Abatement Program! External Email
I received a letter dated June 7,2023 stating SLO Assesors Office still has me listed as owner of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN)
005-017-014 (860 Wadsworth Ave., but things have changed so that is no longer the truth. My parents Robert & Mary K. Cottingham moved there in February 1973, I moved there at Christmas 2003.

I have been TBI injury disabled since an on the job workers comp. injury May 1985 I received no medical treatment for that and signed a compromise & release under conditions of incompetence & duress. I was severely TBI disabled until I began making very remarkable new recoveries both mentally & physically at Thanksgiving 2020 when the dosage for my anti-seizure medicine was increased from 300 to 400mg 4 times daily.

In Fall of 2021 I who had no money and therefore could not hire a lawyer was improperly pressured and bullied and threatened with legal action by my sister and a real estate agent, and in that way was forced to sign a series of real estate documents, and all of this tells much of how I lost my ownership of the property with the signing of a real estate sales agreement on approximately November 2021.

I saw that 860 Wadsworth Property about 1 month ago and was hurt by the weeds the contractor who essentially STOLE it
and more than the weeds I was hurt by how it looked like he had not watered the nice young Apple trees I grafted and planted several
few years ago.

I am a good craftsman and would have been able with help from a friend with more than 50 years of experience carpenter to slightly modify and restore that house to the vintage Pismo Beach classic look it had before it needed any work.

When i looked for this contractor on internet (Ryan Halsey is his name) I found he graduated from Cal-Poly with degree in Business. I suspect his teachers at Cal Poly would be unhappy if they are upright people and see how I as a TBI disabled person was forced to sell my interest in the beautiful family house, and then how I was forced to pay $62,000 for not moving out fast enough, etc, etc.

I tried to send with this email a copy of the letter I was sent...but ...oh well, I apologize and hope this email is enough.

Sent with good wishes for all,
Larry Cottingham (James Larry)
