City Council Members:
It is our understanding that there are approximately 280 hotel room, RV and camping spaces in our city of roughly 8000 residents. We do not believe that STRs should be available like Shell Beach when there is adequate access for the public to visit now. STRs reduce available housing for residents who work in the area.
We appreciate your consideration of our concerns.
