RESOLUTION NO. R-2023-065
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PISMO BEACH, CALIFORNIA CANCELLING THE SEPTEMBER 19, 2023 REGULAR COUNCIL
MEETING
WHEREAS, the City of Pismo Beach wishes to participate in the 2023 League of California Cities Annual Conference by voting on League policy resolutions at the Annual Business Meeting; and
WHEREAS, the conference begins in the morning following the projected regular City Council meeting of September 19, 2023, which is logistically prohibitive due to the conference being located in Sacramento; and
WHEREAS, the regular meeting date of September 19, 2023 lacks any business of immediate concern.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach hereby cancels the regular City Council meeting of September 19, 2023.
UPON MOTION OF Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member Newton, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach this 51h day of September 2023, by the following vote:
