• Visit the Admin Conference Room at City Hall, 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, CA 93449. Enter the building through the main City Hall lobby or the Council Chamber. • To make public comment, the Mayor will ask you to speak during the public comment period on your item of interest.
Submit written comment:
• In advance of the meeting, written comments may be emailed to [email protected] or mailed or delivered to the City Clerk’s Office, 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, CA 93449. During the meeting no later than the start of the comment period for your item of interest, written comment may be hand-delivered to staff in the Council Chamber. Emails submitted after the start of the meeting may not be fully considered prior to any action taken on the item.

Recommendation:
Review of Current Membership
1. Review the membership standing of current Advisory Body members, including training and attendance data, and provide direction to staff if desired.
Review of Applicants not Appearing for Interviews
2. Review the applications of applicants not appearing for an interview.
Interviews – Applicants for Multiple Bodies
3. Conduct interviews of applicants who have applied for multiple Advisory Bodies.

4. Complete a ballot selecting preferred candidates for two Special Events Committee (SEC) seats for the term of March 1, 2024—February 28, 2026.

1. Conduct interviews of remaining applicants for the Conference and Visitors Bureau Board (CVB Board).
2. Conduct interviews of remaining applicants for the Parking Advisory Committee (PAC).
3. Conduct interviews of remaining applicants for the Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission (PRBC).
4. Conduct interviews of remaining applicants for the Traffic Safety Committee (TSC).
