I have worked very closely with Lyndon during the several years that he served as Manufacturing Planning Engineer as well as Technical Verification Analyst at Northrop Grumman, Major Assembly on the 747 Program. Lyndon excelled in this role, exhibiting one of the highest levels of productivity I have seen in the entire industry. With his vast knowledge in all aspects of assembly planning, he frequently offered his technical expertise and advice proactively. Lyndon always produced a high volume of work while consistently maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
Not only that, but he also possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with a positive energy and enthusiasm. His engaging personality and people skills enable him to interact effectively with peers and all levels of management. He is very well organized and keeps track of the details necessary to coordinate with the team and always ensure that work is moving smoothly and efficiently.
1 have found Lyndon's work style to be proactive and autonomous, he takes initiative and goes beyond the expected parameters of his job. There will be no unpleasant surprises and I am confident he will fit in and impact morale in a positive way.
