3. AGENDA ITEMS
Item 3.A: Fiscal Years 2024 & 2025 Goals Update and Other Items (Garcia)
Recommendation:
1. Provide direction to staff on additions or modifications to the adopted FY 2024 & FY 2025 Council Goals following the update provided at the regular meeting of January 16, 2024 (Garcia);
2. Receive the Capital Improvement Program Semi-Annual Report; provide direction to staff on options for the Pier Avenue Stairs project; provide other direction if desired (Fine);
3. Review the current parking in-lieu fee program, and provide direction to staff on any desired changes to Zoning Code parking requirements, in-lieu fee amounts, or other direction if desired (Codron, Feeser, Smith);
4. Review current affordable housing programs and projects, and provide direction to staff on policy changes, funding priorities, use of City-owned real property for the provision of affordable housing, or other direction if desired (Codron);
5. Review current purchasing authority thresholds and provide direction to staff on a proposed increase to the thresholds (Feeser);
6. Review the current sidewalk policy for residential development and provide direction to staff on any desired changes (Fine);
7. Review concept options for a refresh of the City’s park signs, and provide direction to staff if desired (Jackson).

Meeting Schedule: The City Council of Pismo Beach regularly meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise noticed. Closed and Special sessions will be duly noticed as needed.
