Dear members of the City Council,
I recently put a mandated sidewalk in front of my new house on El Portal Dr. It literally is a sidewalk to nowhere. I attended a town council meeting many months ago to request the mandate be lifted until the results of a side walk study could be released. The request was denied. Putting in the sidewalk to nowhere was expensive and is not being used by the people that walk and park on the street.
