Dear Councilmembers,
We are property owners on Ocean Blvd. (in Shell Beach) between Vista del Mar and Placentia. We do not support any plan which introduces sidewalks on Ocean Blvd.
Over the course of the last couple of years the City has done a wonderful job of improving this stretch of Ocean Blvd. and has created an even better user-experience and comfortable environment.
Any notion of sidewalks in this area would be take away from that experience and be wholly unnecessary. Thank you.
