Please consider these comments at tonight's meeting if possible.
Has the city considered repurposing the property as a public park.This would require demolishing the main house and filling in the pool.The lighthouse,windmill,and begonia garden and pond could remain as part of the park.
The public would then benefit from an additional coastal park to supplement the nearby Eldwayen park which is popular and heavily utilized by the local community and others.
