TITLE:
Notice of Completion for the Toucan Terrace Pipeline Recoating Project RECOMMENDATION:
1. Accept the Toucan Terrace Pipeline Recoating Project as complete;
2. Authorize the City Manager to sign, and the City Clerk to record, a Notice of Completion for the project.
DISCUSSION:
On March 19, 2024 City Council awarded a contract to Olympus and Associates, Inc. (Olympus) for the Toucan Terrace Pipeline Recoating project. The project consisted of rehabilitation of the existing coatings of the aboveground portion of the City's existing sewer trestle located across the Toucan Terrace HOA open space property.
Conclusion and Recommendation
Olympus has completed the contracted services, and the Toucan Terrace Pipeline Recoating Project has been completed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Staff recommends that the City Council accept the project as complete and authorize the Notice of Completion (Attachment 1) to be recorded at the County Clerk's office.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no direct fiscal impact associated with this report.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE
FOR THE TOUCAN TERRACE PIPELINE RECOATING PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Pismo Beach in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as follows:
1. That on the 17t" of December 2024, the project hereunder described was considered completed and accepted by the City Council of the City of Pismo Beach.
2. That the description of said project is the construction of Toucan Terrace Pipeline Recoating, for the City of Pismo Beach.
3. That the name of the political subdivision controlling said project, and the owner of the land upon which the project was constructed, is the City of Pismo Beach, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, whose address is 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, CA 93449.
4. That the name of the owner/contractor on said project is Olympus and Associates, Inc., PO Box 8015, Reno, NV 89507.
5. The name of the Surety on the project is Great American Insurance Company, 301 E Fourth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
