Hello Jorge,
I am in receipt of your letter, thank you for your response. We are extremely disappointed in your response. We are not sure if you totally understand what is occurring. You have left this ongoing issue open and have not resolved anything from your response. (you have ruled in favor of SCSS) If SCSS wants to change their definition again and deem us as mufti dwelling, we are back to square one again. They can charge us a commercial rate and it appears they can operate with impunity. You are supposed to protect us from this type of behavior, and it appears that is not going happen. SCSS has not come close to adhering to the franchise agreement and yet we Pismo Beach Mobile Home Park are going to suffer.

We are zoned MH (residential)not multi dwelling and we should be identified as such and protected. I do not understand why you will not help us in this matter as the only ones who benefit from thus agreement is SCSS and the City of Pismo Beach. We are the only owner operated senior mobile home park in the city of pismo beach. This decision will not affect anyone else in the city. Please rethink your position and put in writing we are residential! ! ! That is all we are asking!!
