Too the city council of Pismo Beach!
I would like to encourage you to allow the Chapman Estate Foundation to take over care of this great treasure.
I knew Clifford and Don for many years. In the early 60's My Dad, Whitey Fiser, started doing masonry projects at the Chapman House, and I helped on many of them. After my dad retired as a masonry contractor, I took over the business and continued working for Clifford on many more projects, including the block wall in front of the property the brick steps at the main entry, stonework and brick around the pool.
I volunteered in 2019 and ran the demo of the old garden shed and built a new one to match the house. Covid cut out my working there, but I would love to help again. Please let us have a chance at making The Chapman house viable again!
