Dear City Council of Pismo Beach,
I am writing to affirm my support of the City of Pismo Beach divesting ownership of the Chapman Estate over to the Chapman Estate Foundation 5010 charitable organization to manage and steward this beautiful resource.
I have many happy memories being entertained by the Clifford Chapman and Don Schidler over the years.They were always gracious to host events for many of the local charities in our region and share this beautiful seaside estate with the community.
