Regarding February 18 Closed Session Item 2.A Conference with Real Property Negotiations regarding the Chapman Estate price and terms of payment.
I request that no decision be made on the sale or transfer of the Chapman Estate without a Regular Session item that presents a staff report and recommendation and allows public comment. This appears to be a complex situation both in terms of cost and transferring operations that will likely affect the use and operations of the facility.
The community impacts are significant and deserve public discussion.
