I am Cecelia Riggins living at 780 Ocean Blvd, PB for over 30 years.
Due to the limitations on the use of the Chapman Estate, I strongly think the City of PB should sell the property.
When the City originally took ownership of the property it seemed a wise idea.. The reality of the limited usage became apparent and the property became a major expense for the City.
I have certainly been impressed by those citizens who have served to make the Chapman Estate available and profitable for our city.
Please do consider selling the Chapman Estate while possible and not have the burden of the upkeep be an expense we all will need to help pay.
