Reading through the 9G agenda item raised some questions. It appears that the city is proposing to extend an existing contract with Tom Jones Advertising. This is a large amount of money and it would help the city's citizens if the appropriate individual would take the time to explain, in specific terms:
exactly the benefit the city receives from this expenditure.
