hello this is deborah peterson and i have been trying to get to your meeting for almost an hour now asyou're probably aware of the one and the 101 are completely blocked and backed up so there is no wayfrom grover beach to pismo right now so then i tried to get online so that i could watch and submitpublic comment but apparently that's not something that is allowed in the meeting via phone so let mejust place it here now i as you as i'm sure you're aware i've had serious concerns about central coastblue and in particular because the people of grover beach are worried about it i'm representing theviews of a number of folks who recalled folks who voted in favor of it and oops seems like i've lost itnow oh no it's just a call coming in and and also voted against the rate increases we have a specialmeasure for that so i'm not speaking on my behalf alone i'm speaking on behalf of of the majority ofvoters in grover beach because both measures one with more than 2/3 votes so what i'd like to suggestis pismo should keep pismo poo and pismo and i'm going to suggest that that is possible to do at lesscost probably i know that you've got to dig some lines through the streets to get to your property yourwell in in grover but no matter how you do this project you're going to have to do that and we'll needto be compensated in some way for that because the people of grover beach have have raised theirproperty taxes 10% to fix their streets and so if you're gonna be going through streets that have alreadybeen repaired then there needs to be some form of compensation for the the people of grover beachalso of course there's huge resistance to having a wastewater treatment plant and wells dug into streetsand and streets dug up and you have a wastewater treatment plant there way way back when it was theplan that you would do toilet to tap there and so i'm going to suggest that's the the easiest and themost environmentally sound way of doing it i think it's to punch holes in this particular aquifer it's asensitive aquifer and so i'm going to suggest that as a as my first suggestion and the second one isclean it up in pismo and then just type it to your well to inject that would be my second suggestion sothank you very much for listening and i'm going to set up a meeting later to speak with mr garciathanks very much You received a voice mail from +18055504490.
