Dear Members of Pismo Beach City Council,
I am writing to express my strong support for the Pismo Gateway project.
As a resident in Pismo Beach, I believe this project represents a valuable and well-considered opportunity to enhance the community’s long-term vitality. The Pismo Gateway proposal brings with it thoughtful design, improved infrastructure, increased economic opportunity, and responsible land use—all while respecting the natural beauty and charm that define our city.
Specifically, the project’s attention to beautifying the entrance to Pismo Beach which for years has lacked any welcoming charm and visual appeal. I support this project bringing more residential units to Pismo also. I think overall it will provide meaningful benefits for both residents and visitors.
I urge the City Council to consider the long-term value this project offers and to approve the Pismo Gateway development to move forward. With smart planning and community input, we have the chance to help shape a vibrant and sustainable future for Pismo Beach.
