Dear City Council Members,
I support the Gateway Pismo project for the following reasons:
This project represents a valuable opportunity for our community. By combining residential, retail, and community space, it will help address a housing need while encouraging local economic growth. The retail and public space will provide more options for current residents and create a vibrant addition to the entrance of our city.
Additionally,
Provides much-needed single-level, accessible housing for seniors and residents with mobility needs Features thoughtful building design with varied heights and well-scaled elevations Preserves important view corridors, including Bay Street.
I respectfully urge the Council to approve the proposed mixed use development.
