Dear City Council Members,
I support the Gateway Pismo project and urge you to deny this project's appeal. As a REALTOR®, I see firsthand how limited the housing supply is for residents of all ages in Pismo Beach and SLO County as a whole. The Gateway project offers an opportunity to deliver much-needed housing in a region that’s long struggled to keep pace with demand.
I support the Gateway project, which allows for housing close to jobs and services in an urban core setting that is ideal for higher density. Additionally, it significantly improves the northern entrance to Pismo Beach with welcome signage and public amenities, on a site that has been under-utilized for decades. I encourage you to move this project toward fruition. Thank you.
