Pismo Beach City Council;
My name is Juan Cal y Mayor. I´m a SLO County resident, and business manager. I want to convey my support for this project in Pismo Beach that adds up a good amount of housing that is geared towards local ownership of people like myself and are not yet homeowners and that find the current housing market challenging. Lack of enough housing the supply is the main barrier for first time home buyers like myself. This is a beautiful project that I think you enhance Pismo´s aesthetic beauty and would upbring the whole area where it will be developed. This would be a type of project I could afford and would want to buy. Please do not put more barriers on developments, there are enough without politics at City council involved. Another great merit to the project, it will bring more foot traffic (people!!) and business with the retail space, it´s a balance to the city revenue that is the golden pot for a good urban atmosphere and fiscal sustainability for City governents.
