Dear City Council,
My wife and I have lived in Pismo Beach since 2015, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
California- and the Central Coast specifically- need more residential housing. The proposed Gateway project not only provides much needed housing units, but it also revitalizes an under- productive area and will encourage new business. We are in full support of this fantastic new project. We are tired of the abandoned gas station being the main entrance to our beautiful town. This is an infill product which should limit vehicle miles traveled and create a beautiful atmosphere. It checks all the boxes of California’s goals for new development. Please support this project and help downtown Pismo thrive. Best regards,
