Dear Pismo Beach Council,
Thank you for representing the citizens of Pismo Beach and, by extension, the citizens of the entire Five Cities area. I am a resident of 34 years, a California State Assembly Candidate (AD30), and a local Realtor, and I would like to encourage you to vote in favor of this hI am especially excited about the fact that it includes moderate-income properties. This will help people who are seeking homes at moderate and lower incomes in our area have an opportunity to purchase a home. I also like the fact that these properties cannot be Vacation Rentals, which means that we are actually encouraging the construction of homes for permanent residents of Pismo Beach. Our region is in desperate need of all types of housing, and this project will provide much-needed homes for our most valuable asset, our citizens.
Please take this opportunity to encourage the construction of homes in our community. I encourage you to support future housing projects and get our region on track to homeownership for all generations.. --
