Good afternoon,
My wife and I have lived in Pismo Heights for years now and absolutely love the area. My office for work is on James way across from the outlets in Pismo and my wife works on Price right by the Gateway project location. We are constantly around the project area walking, driving or in some way passing by it daily. We are in full support of this beautiful new project. We are tired of the abandoned gas station being the main entrance to our beautiful town. We believe it’s time to let this reliable and local developer turn that location into new homes/condos that are much needed in our area.
