Honorable Mayor and Councilmembers:
Please refer to Project No. P24-000074, the Gateway Project.
While I am not happy about the density and height of this project in this location, it seems that SB 330 takes priority over my objections.
Since the applicant is asking for input on the canopy, my thoughts are that the development is much more attractive without the canopy.
