City Council adopted Resolution R-2025-082 approving the following draft CDBG funding recommendations to the
County:
1.$4,513 to Five Cities Homeless Coalition
2.$19,558 to CAPSLO + City Admin amt. of $2,106 =
$21,664

*Consistent with past practice, the City admin allocation of $2,106 is recommended for award to CAPSLO, bringing their total recommended funding to $21,664.
Recommendation
•Conduct a public hearing to receive input on the final funding awards for the City’s allocation of CDBG funds for the 2026 Action Plan; and
•Adopt a Resolution that includes the final funding
recommendations to be forwarded to the County of San
Luis Obispo for inclusion in the 2026 CDBG Action Plan
consistent with federal program requirements.
